Grammarly Review
I wrote my first book, and had self published on LuLu's website. Now I didn't really have anyone but myself edit my first book before I published on their site, because I was the one who published and did my own editing. Although now, I have found my own editor, well a website called Grammarly and they have people on there that will help me edit my work. So if you never heard of their websites before I highly recommend them both. I especially recommend the one I am reviewing because it is amazing, and I hope that one day they allow you to continue to edit more then the limit of what they give you. So if you're looking to self publish or have been thinking about it, then I recommend Lulu. If you have a document saved on your computer and are looking to edit it, and want help with an assistant that will help you edit, then I recommend Grammarly because it's a great educational program that will help you and if I knew it was available a long time ago, I would have started using it. I hope that this review will help you and I hope you will look up the one I am reviewing on Google, so you can decide if it is right for you or not.

I know that I have not posted in a long time, since my last blog post entry but tonight I want to share different quotes from different people. I want to share these quotes because I feel like we can learn from them. I feel like we can learn from them because if you have seen Girl Meets World and Boy Meets World they both have something in common. The things they have in common is life lessons. They have these lessons to help us learn. I have seen some people who like one of these two shows over the other, but what I know is that I will always remember the lessons each show teaches me. I will never forget the life lessons from what each cast member taught me because I will never stop watching both shows. I will never stop watching both because I love both shows. ❛ Imagination does not become great until human beings, given the courage and the strength, use it to create. ❜

A little update from me
I have been using my second blog to post educational Hydrocephalus posts for this month. I normally would share the posts from my blog to social media for all of you to see and read. Although this time I thought I would create a second blog so I could post all of what I wanted to share about Hydrocephalus on one blog. I also want to keep this blog updated too, by sharing different things with you too. I want all of you readers to know that I'm going to make sure that you'll be able to read both blogs from me and I'm not going to give up on letting you not read something new. So if you're reading this and wondering why I haven't posted on here for awhile it's because I've been doing my awareness posts each day on the other one. I just wanted to give you all an update on what's been going on with that in case you have wondered. I'll try my best each week to share something new with all of you on this one as much as possible. Two Blogs Versus One
Now I know some people have one blog but I decided to create two. I decided to create two. So I could do posts about anything on here, and then I created the second one so I could share all of my Hydrocephalus Awareness posts on that one. That way, I can stay connected with all of you and update you all on what is going on. I know some of you might think well isn't one better? It could be better yes, but I decided to do two, not only to do what I've already mentioned, but so I can continue to do what I love. Which is writing. I love writing because it makes me feel happy and it makes me feel good about myself. I get to express the way I feel and I get to write how I want. I hope the last few blog posts in the past have either inspired you or made you smile or even helped you in some way. I hope all of you have been having a good week so far. I don't have much else to write but if you guys have any thoughts on a new post for this post, please feel free to share in the comments below. I am open to any suggestions you may have. Anyway, until next time, please enjoy tonight's entry.

Inflatable Recliner Chair Review
Yesterday I was able to experience what it was like to relax in a inflatable recliner and it's amazing. It's comfortable, and you feel relaxed. There's even the inflatable ottoman that comes with it. Which makes the experience even better. It's not made for water or fire. It's made for the indoors. I love mine and if you have kids or your like me and want something to relax in to use your computer or just read a good book, this is something I definitely recommend. The coolest feature I haven't told you yet, is that the inflatable recliner has a built in cup holder for your beverages. I believe that if you're looking for something to buy and have ever wanted something like this then I say go for it and buy it. If not then don't worry about it. Although I am loving mine and I think it is something worth keeping if you're into those sort of things. I hope my reviews on my blog that I have done in the past have helped all of you as my readers in some way or another. Feel free to comment and give some feedback because I will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and I would be open and happy to hear any suggestions you may have for my next blog post.

Song Lyrics and A message
As I walk this great unknown , questions come and questions go. Was there purpose for the pain? Did I cry these tears in vain? I don't wanna live in fear, I wanna trust that you're near. Trust your grace can be seen in both triumph and tragedy. I have this hope, in the depth of my soul. In the flood or the fire, you're with me and you won't let go. This is a song by tenth Avenue North, called I Have This Hope, and I feel as though there is a reason behind this song but the way I look at it, I see it as a song that let's us know that we will always have hope and sometimes we might live in fear or we might have fear because we're scared but God takes that fear and helps us not to be scared. He helps us to know that as long as we are His children, that there is nothing we can not do because I once heard one of my youth group leaders say that With God Nothing Is Impossible and that Nothing Is Impossible For God. I believe that to be true because God can help us through anything. We're Wonderfully Made, We are Children Of The One True King who have been saved and changed and set free. We are Survivors. When we all go to Heaven someday, we will be not only reunited with Him but we will also be reunited with all of our loved ones. I want to encourage anyone who may have a relationship with Jesus Christ to pray for those who do not have a relationship with Him. I want those who would like to pray for those who don't know Jesus so that they may want to learn about Him and accept Him into their life. Matthew West, and Tenth Avenue North and all Christian Artists have something in common with their music. They all have different messages and meanings to them and I think that's what makes their music great, and they all have their own testimony's to tell too. No matter our testimony, and no matter what Christian artist we listen to, whether it's one of the ones I mentioned or all of them, we can always be there for one another and know that God is in control and has a plan for our lives.

DuoLingo Language Courses/Classes I want to take next
These are the next languages that I would like to take and want to learn next because I want to continue my language education. I know some people go to college and then they graduate. I am going to continue my home school language classes by doing whatever it takes and who says I will stop learning after I finish the other ones, who knows I might pick another language to learn, so that it can be six language courses I take. No matter what I do, I'm doing it for me and that's what counts. I just want to continue this everyday and never stop. I'm doing good with what I'm doing at my high school, but I'm also doing good with the languages I'm learning now and even with my Elevate Brain Training. So don't let your language learning goals stop you from learning the language you want to learn. Keep the determination and eventually you will get there, and when you do, you'll feel good.

Duolingo Courses/Language Classes That I am taking
I am taking Italian and Spanish, but I have also decided to reset my progress. I did that because I feel by me doing it then it helps me not to rush and I can take my time without rushing. I also decided that if I either finish Spanish or Italian at different times, or I finish one of them before the other than the next one I am wanting to take is Irish and then who knows which one I will want to take if I pass/finish the third one. No matter what I want to continue with my Duolingo Education because I feel like I'm in college, but the nice thing about it is , it's free and I am not paying for anything. I don't know how many of you have kids that you homeschool, but if you do and they are old enough to read and want to learn a language then I highly recommend Duolingo, because I love it. I can do my lessons on my time and I don't have to worry about rushing and I can do it on the computer or my phone. I can't wait to continue doing my duolingo everyday because that's what I have been doing and I am not going to give up on that now. I also believe that Duolingo is the best for me. Now some of you might think other language sites might be better for you and that's fine, I'm just sticking with Duolingo because that is what works for me. Other people have different opinions and that's fine. I'm not saying that whatever site you might be learning from is not the greatest site. I don't think that at all, I just think Duolingo works too. I hope everyone has been having a good day and I hope everyone will enjoy their summer as well. Anyway, if you want to, just leave a comment on what you'll be doing over the summer or what language site you're using or how learning a language from the site you use has impacted and helped you.

Memorial Day History
Memorial Day is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. Memorial Day 2018 occurs on Monday, May 28. Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Many Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, holding family gatherings and participating in parades. Unofficially, it marks the beginning of the summer season. The Civil War, which ended in the spring of 1865, claimed more lives than any conflict in U.S. history and required the establishment of the country’s first national cemeteries. By the late 1860s, Americans in various towns and cities had begun holding springtime tributes to these countless fallen soldiers, decorating their graves with flowers and reciting prayers. Each year on Memorial Day a national moment of remembrance takes place at 3:00 p.m. local time. It is unclear where exactly this tradition originated; numerous different communities may have independently initiated the memorial gatherings. Nevertheless, in 1966 the federal government declared Waterloo, New York, the official birthplace of Memorial Day. Waterloo—which first celebrated the day on May 5, 1866—was chosen because it hosted an annual, community-wide event, during which businesses closed and residents decorated the graves of soldiers with flowers and flags. On May 5, 1868, General John A. Logan, leader of an organization for Northern Civil War veterans, called for a nationwide day of remembrance later that month. “The 30th of May, 1868, is designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers, or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion, and whose bodies now lie in almost every city, village and hamlet churchyard in the land,” he proclaimed.
The date of Decoration Day, as he called it, was chosen because it wasn’t the anniversary of any particular battle. On the first Decoration Day, General James Garfield made a speech at Arlington National Cemetery, and 5,000 participants decorated the graves of the 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers buried there. Many Northern states held similar commemorative events and reprised the tradition in subsequent years; by 1890 each one had made Decoration Day an official state holiday. Southern states, on the other hand, continued to honor their dead on separate days until after World War I. Memorial Day, as Decoration Day gradually came to be known, originally honored only those lost while fighting in the Civil War. But during World War I the United States found itself embroiled in another major conflict, and the holiday evolved to commemorate American military personnel who died in all wars. For decades, Memorial Day continued to be observed on May 30, the date Logan had selected for the first Decoration Day. But in 1968 Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which established Memorial Day as the last Monday in May in order to create a three-day weekend for federal employees; the change went into effect in 1971. The same law also declared Memorial Day a federal holiday. Cities and towns across the United States host Memorial Day parades each year, often incorporating military personnel and members of veterans’ organizations. Some of the largest parades take place in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. Americans also observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries and memorials. On a less somber note, many people take weekend trips or throw parties and barbecues on the holiday, perhaps because it unofficially marks the beginning of summer. https://www.history.com/topics/holidays/memorial-day-history Also here is the link of where I got everything from if you want to read it for yourself as well. I also hope everyone has a good but safe Memorial Day tomorrow.

Facts About Queen Elizabeth The I
Elizabeth I was the long-ruling queen of England, governing with relative stability and prosperity for 44 years. The Elizabethan era is named for her.
Who Was Queen Elizabeth I?
Queen Elizabeth I (September 7, 1533 to March 24, 1603) claimed the throne in 1558 at the age of 25 and held it until her death 44 years later. The daughter of King Henry VIII and his second wife Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth I was born a princess but declared illegitimate through political machinations. Eventually, upon her half-sister Mary Tudor’s death, she took the crown. During her reign, Elizabeth I established Protestantism in England; defeated the Spanish Armada in 1588; maintained peace inside her previously divided country; and created an environment where the arts flourished.
Elizabethan England
Queen Elizabeth I’s reign was sometimes referred to as the Golden Age or Elizabethan England, an era of peace and prosperity when the arts had a chance to blossom with Elizabeth's support. While she worked hard at court, Elizabeth took time for leisurely pursuits. She loved music and could play the lute. Thomas Tallis and William Byrd were among her court musicians. Elizabeth also enjoyed dancing and watching plays. Elizabeth's reign supported the creation of works by such greats as William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe.
Writers paid tribute to the queen in many literary forms. The poet Edmund Spenserbased his character of Gloriana in The Faerie Queen on Elizabeth, and she was sometimes referred to by this name. Portraiture was the reigning form of painting at the time, and artists honored Elizabeth by painting her portrait. These images reveal that Elizabeth was an early fashionista in many ways. She loved jewelry and beautiful clothing; her garments were often made with gold and silver. With the help of makeup, Elizabeth cultivated a dramatically pale look.
Queen Elizabeth I’s Reign
In 1558, Elizabeth took the reins of her country after her sister Queen Mary died and ruled until her death in 1603. Elizabeth I inherited a number of problems stirred up by Mary. The country was at war with France, which proved to be a tremendous drain on the royal coffers. There was also great tension between different religious factions after Mary worked to restore England to Roman Catholicism by any means necessary. In fact, she earned the nickname Bloody Mary for ordering the execution of 300 Protestants as heretics.
Elizabeth acted swiftly to address these two pressing issues. During her first session of Parliament in 1559, she called for the passage of the Act of Supremacy, which re-established the Church of England, and the Act of Uniformity, which created a common prayer book. Elizabeth took a moderate approach to the divisive religious conflict in her country. "There is one Jesus Christ," she once said. "The rest is a dispute over trifles." However, Catholics did suffer religious persecution and some were executed under her reign, though historians differ on the extent. The Roman Catholic Church took a dim view of her actions, and in 1570, Pope Pius V excommunicated Elizabeth.
With the assistance of her key advisor, William Cecil, Elizabeth ended the war with France. She was able to avoid clashing with the other superpower of the age, Spain, for much of her reign. Finally, in 1585, Elizabeth entered the fray to support the Protestant rebellion against Spain in the Netherlands. Spain then set its sights on England, but the English navy was able to defeat the infamous Spanish Armada in 1588. According to several reports, the weather proved to be a deciding factor in England's victory.
Death
Queen Elizabeth I died on March 24, 1603, at Richmond Palace in Surrey. It’s believed that the cosmetic concoction Elizabeth used to cultivate her infamously pale look, called the spirits of Saturn — made by mixing white lead and vinegar — may have impacted her health.
Successor
Because Elizabeth I had no children, with her death came the end of the house of Tudor — a royal family that had ruled England since the late 1400s. The son of her former rival and cousin, Mary Stuart, queen of Scots, succeeded her on the throne as James I.
During Elizabeth’s rule, Mary Stuart posed one of the greatest internal threats to remove her cousin from the throne. The daughter of King James V of Scotland, Mary united her country with France in 1558 when she married the future King Francis II. After Francis' death, Mary returned to Scotland in 1561. She was raised Catholic and was considered by many English Catholics to be the rightful monarch of England, and Mary had previously lay claim to the English crown. Elizabeth jailed her cousin in 1567 in connection with several assassination attempts, including the Babington Plot. Elizabeth kept Mary imprisoned for nearly 20 years before she finally agreed to have her cousin executed in 1587.
When Was Queen Elizabeth I Born?
Queen Elizabeth I was born on the September 7, 1533 in Greenwich England.
Family and Early Life
Elizabeth I was the daughter of King Henry VIII and his second wife, Anne Boleyn. Perhaps England's most famous monarch, Queen Elizabeth I grew up in complex and sometimes difficult circumstances. She was only two years old when her mother, Anne Boleyn, was beheaded on the orders of her husband and Elizabeth’s father, King Henry VIII, based on questionable charges of adultery and conspiracy.
Elizabeth was raised much like any other royal child. She received tutoring and excelled at languages and music. After her father's death in 1547, Elizabeth spent some time under the care of her stepmother Catherine Parr. Parr hired tutors on Elizabeth's behalf, including William Grindal and Roger Ascham. Tensions with Parr over Parr's new husband, Thomas Seymour, led Elizabeth to return to the royal estate at Hatfield, away from the court. Her relationship with Seymour later came under scrutiny, and Seymour was later tried for conspiring to wed Elizabeth in a bid to gain power. Found guilty, Seymour was executed.
Elizabeth and her older half-sister, Mary Tudor, were declared to be illegitimate as her father sought to pave the way for a male heir: their half-brother, Edward, who was the king’s first and only legitimate son with his third wife, Jane Seymour. Mary and Elizabeth were later reinstated as potential heirs. Born in 1537, Edward succeeded his father to the throne as King Edward VI upon Henry VIII’s death in 1547.
When Edward VI died just six years later, in 1553, Elizabeth found herself embroiled in political intrigue. Her older half-sister Mary and their cousin, Lady Jane Grey, both were in line for the crown. Edward had appointed Grey to be his successor, but her reign proved to be short-lived. Mary gained the support of the English people and unseated Grey after only nine days on the throne.
Even though Elizabeth supported Mary in her coup, she was not free from suspicion. A staunch Roman Catholic, Mary sought to restore her country back to her faith, undoing her father's break from the Pope. While Elizabeth went along with the religious change, she remained a candidate for the throne for those who wanted a return to Protestantism.
In 1554, Thomas Wyatt organized a rebellion against Mary with the hopes of making Protestant-raised Elizabeth queen. But his plot was uncovered, and Elizabeth was quickly imprisoned by Mary. Elizabeth disputed any involvement in the conspiracy, but her sister was not wholly convinced.
Although she was soon released, Elizabeth's life was firmly in her sister's hands. Wyatt was executed, but he maintained that Elizabeth was not aware of the rebellion. Elizabeth eventually returned to Hatfield and continued with her studies. In 1558, Elizabeth ascended to the throne upon Mary Tudor’s death.
The Virgin Queen
Succession was a pressing issue for Queen Elizabeth I. During her reign, she showed her talents as a diplomat, managing a number of suitors and potential royal matches. Through her father and her sister, Elizabeth had seen the troubles and challenges of royal marriages. Mary had made an unpopular choice in marrying Phillip II of Spain, who shared her devotion to the Roman Catholic faith. In the hopes of reuniting their two countries once more, Phillip even offered to wed Elizabeth at one time.
Other suitors for Elizabeth's hand included the king of Sweden, Archduke Charles of Austria, and the future King Henry III of France. She used her availability as a means to political ends, but she never agreed to marriage. She herself seemed to have some interest in a member of her court, Robert Dudley, and their relationship was the subject of much gossip and speculation. Both parties came under suspicion after the mysterious death of Dudley's wife.
Elizabeth, however, seemed to have no interest in sharing power with a spouse. Over time, she cultivated her image as a queen married to her job and her people. For this dedication Elizabeth earned the nickname the "Virgin Queen."
Later Years
Troubled times marked the final years of Elizabeth's reign. The country suffered from failed crops, unemployment and inflation. There were riots over food shortages and rebellions in Ireland. Elizabeth faced many challenges to her authority, including from one of her favorite noblemen, Robert Devereaux, the Earl of Essex. She had sent him to Ireland to quell the rebellion led by Hugh O'Neill. Instead Essex returned to England and sought to start his own rebellion. He was executed for treason in 1601.
Elizabeth I’s Golden Speech
Despite her fading power, Elizabeth still showed her devotion to her people. She gave one of her most famous speeches in 1601 to the Parliament. During what is referred to as her "Golden Speech," a self-reflective Elizabeth seemed to look back on her long reign. "Of myself I must say this, I was never any greedy, scraping grasper, nor a strait, fast-holding prince, nor yet a waster. My heart was never set on worldly goods but for my subjects' good."
While the end of her reign had been difficult, Elizabeth has largely been remembered as being a queen who supported her people. Her lengthy time on the throne provided her subjects with stability and consistency, and her sharp wits and clever mind helped navigate the nation through religious and political challenges.

Cinco De Mayo facts and history
- Cinco de Mayo, or the fifth of May, is a holiday that celebrates the date of the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. Cinco de Mayo 2018 occurs on Saturday, May 5. A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with large Mexican-American populations.
- In 1861, Benito Juárez—a lawyer and member of the indigenous Zapotec tribe—was elected president of Mexico. At the time, the country was in financial ruin after years of internal strife, and the new president was forced to default on debt payments to European governments.
- In response, France, Britain and Spain sent naval forces to Veracruz, Mexico, demanding repayment. Britain and Spain negotiated with Mexico and withdrew their forces.
- France, however, ruled by Napoleon III, decided to use the opportunity to carve an empire out of Mexican territory. Late in 1861, a well-armed French fleet stormed Veracruz, landing a large force of troops and driving President Juárez and his government into retreat.
- Certain that success would come swiftly, 6,000 French troops under General Charles Latrille de Lorencez set out to attack Puebla de Los Angeles, a small town in east-central Mexico. From his new headquarters in the north, Juárez rounded up a ragtag force of 2,000 loyal men—many of them either indigenous Mexicans or of mixed ancestry—and sent them to Puebla.
- The vastly outnumbered and poorly supplied Mexicans, led by Texas-born General Ignacio Zaragoza, fortified the town and prepared for the French assault. On May 5, 1862, Lorencez gathered his army—supported by heavy artillery—before the city of Puebla and led an assault.
- The battle lasted from daybreak to early evening, and when the French finally retreated they had lost nearly 500 soldiers. Fewer than 100 Mexicans had been killed in the clash.
- Although not a major strategic win in the overall war against the French, Zaragoza’s success at the Battle of Puebla on May 5 represented a great symbolic victory for the Mexican government and bolstered the resistance movement. In 1867—thanks in part to military support and political pressure from the United States, which was finally in a position to aid its besieged neighbor after the end of the Civil War—France finally withdrew.
- The same year, Austrian Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian, who had been installed as emperor of Mexico in 1864 by Napoleon, was captured and executed by Juárez’s forces. Puebla de Los Angeles was renamed for General Zaragoza, who died of typhoid fever months after his historic triumph there.
- Within Mexico, Cinco de Mayo is primarily observed in the state of Puebla, where Zaragoza’s unlikely victory occurred, although other parts of the country also take part in the celebration.
- Traditions include military parades, recreations of the Battle of Puebla and other festive events. For many Mexicans, however, May 5 is a day like any other: It is not a federal holiday, so offices, banks and stores remain open.
- In the United States, Cinco de Mayo is widely interpreted as a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with substantial Mexican-American populations.
- Chicano activists raised awareness of the holiday in the 1960s, in part because they identified with the victory of indigenous Mexicans (such as Juárez) over European invaders during the Battle of Puebla.
- Today, revelers mark the occasion with parades, parties, mariachi music, Mexican folk dancing and traditional foods such as tacos and mole poblano. Some of the largest festivals are held in Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston.
- Many people outside Mexico mistakenly believe that Cinco DE Mayo is a celebration of Mexican independence, which was declared more than 50 years before the Battle of Puebla.
- Independence Day in Mexico (Día DE la Independencia) is commemorated on September 16, the anniversary of the revolutionary priest Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla’s famous “Grito de Dolores” (“Cry of Dolores”), a call to arms that amounted to a declaration of war against the Spanish colonial government in 1810.
Facts About William Shakespeare
- Romantic poet John Keats kept a bust of Shakespeare near his desk in the hope that Shakespeare would spark his creativity
- Bardolatry' was a term coined by George Bernard Shaw to illustrate the reverence held by many Victorians for anything Shakespeare.
- By 1592, Shakespeare was receiving his first literary criticism with playwright Robert Greene, criticising Shakespeare for being a 'Jack of all trades' - a second rate tinkerer with the work of others.
- This criticism may be motivated by the fact Shakespeare was not university educated like contemporary writers such as Christopher Marlowe.
- Early praise for Shakespeare came from writers such as Ben Johnson. Ben Jonson remarked of Shakespeare he was the - “Soul of the age, the applause, delight, the wonder of our stage”
- Shakespeare acted in many of his plays.
- Shakespeare was acquainted with Queen Elizabeth I.
- After the death of Queen Elizabeth I, Shakespeare's company was awarded a royal patent by the new King James I and changed its name to the Kings Men.
- Shakespeare is often referred to as Elizabethan playwright, but most of his players were written in the Jacobean period.
- In 1599, the company built their own theatre, The Globe on the south banks of the River Thames.
- Shakespeare lived through an outbreak of the bubonic plague in London (1524-94) and 1609. The plague also came to Stratford, when Shakespeare was just 3 months old
- Many of Shakespeare’s plays were based on historical accounts, dramatised by Shakespeare. He also dramatised stories from classical writers such as Plutarch and Holinshed.
- Hamlet was based on a well known Scandinavian legend called -Amleth,
- Shakespeare’s plays contain 200 references to dogs and 600 references to birds.
- In 1890, Eugene Schiffelin an American ‘Bardolator’ decided to import every kind of bird mentioned in Shakespeare but not native to America. This included a flock of 60 starlings released in New York. Starlings have now driven many native birds to the edge of extinction.
- Shakespeare’s plays are usually separated into three main divisions
Comedies – ‘All’s well that Ends Well’, ‘Much Ado About Nothing’
Histories – ‘Henry V’
Tragedies – ‘Romeo and Juliet’, ‘Hamlet’, and ‘Othello’. - There are those who question whether William Shakespeare was actually the author of the plays, attributed to him. Other contenders include the ‘Oxford school’ – suggesting Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford was a better contender.
- Shakespeare was the most quoted author in Samuel Johnson’s early “Dictionary of the English Language’
- Before Shakespeare, the English language was much less codified with no official dictionary and many variations on spelling.
- Shakespeare has given many words (estimate of 1,700 – 3,000) to the English language.
- Estimations of Shakespeare’s vocabulary range from 17,000 to 29,000 words.
- Shakespeare has given many memorable phrases to the English language, such as “wild goose chase”, “foregone conclusion” “in a pickle”
- Shakespeare has given many memorable insults, “Thou art like a toad; ugly and venomous.”, “You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe!”, “Thou clay-brained guts, thou knotty-pated fool, thou whoreson obscene greasy tallow-catch!”
- Shakespeare never seemed to spell his name properly, often signing his name “Willm Shakp,”
- By others, he was referred to by over 80 different names, such as Shaxberd.” and “Shappere”
- Macbeth was often unpopular for its reference to witches which created fear in the middle ages. There remains a long theatre superstition of saying aloud the name ‘Macbeth’
- In his will, he appeared to only give his wife (Anne) a bed.
- Shakespeare’s grave includes a curse against moving his bones.

My Interview with Author Margaret Peterson Haddix
Alright so not too long ago, on Thursday I had private messaged the author Margaret Peterson Haddix and asked if I could interview her for my blog and she wrote back and said sure. I thought that was pretty cool that she agreed and she also told me as long as it was only a few questions. So I said okay and had asked my first question. So now, I present my first interview question that I asked. Also I thanked her, for agreeing to let me interview her because I thought it was nice of her to do. After I had asked my questions, I thanked her for her time and thanked her for the books she writes. I also shared a little bit about myself, along with my senior project video I made back in 2013.
Me: ''What was the inspiration for The Shadow Children Series?''
Margaret Peterson Haddix: ''Hi Elizabeth, you can find info about my inspiration for Among The Hidden here: https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fhaddixbooks.com%2Fbook%2Famong-the-hidden%2F%3Fpg%3Dfaq&h=ATNLGn3ySsahRf3I_5sSew0kOtJezWL69kLt6EiPXG5vF0iLqxa_VcqTG7Ay9XDBMt86wIuCMIT5xO7RCMvQEpIY4hjurRcNHkX2tKxH6WfzVLPLA3xX . ''
Me: ''How long was it before you knew you wanted to write books?''
Margaret Peterson Haddix: ''I started thinking about wanting to be a writer when I was in third grade.'' ''I didn't think of it as a realistic dream, though, something I enjoyed.''
Me: '' What do you do that helps you when you get writers block?
Margaret Peterson Haddix: ''As far as how I deal with writers block, I try to plan ahead to prevent it, but sometimes it happens anyway. If it's not too bad, I make myself keep going, and tell myself that even if my writing is really bad, I can always go back and revise.'' ''If that's just making me more frustrated, I step away from what I'm working on, and either exercise or do some really, really boring chore that lets my mind wander and solve the problem in the story I'm working on.'' ''Sometimes it takes awhile, but eventually that usually works.'' ''Anyhow best of luck to you with your writing!'' ''I hope you achieve all of your dreams!'' ''All best, Margaret Peterson Haddix.
Me: ''Thank you so much, I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions.''

Allison's Choice Movie Review
If I could describe what this movie was about, I wouldn't know where to begin. I wouldn't even how to begin describing what this movie is about. All I know, after watching a movie like this is that no child's life should ever be taken away too soon. You see in the beginning, there was a girl in love with this guy named Rick, and she talks about him a lot, but she says he loves her and she loves him. Although, she is a young girl who could have a lot of things that would make her life better than the choices she's made. She has the toughest choice that she needs to make before it could be too late. You see not only is she a young girl, she is a girl who is about to have a baby, a baby as best described by a character in the movie that tells her that her baby deserves to live and not die. Although because she doesn't really know what she wants, she thinks the best choice for her is to terminate the pregnancy, because she thinks she is not ready to be a mother. Although what she didn't realize is that God is trying to help her but help her make the right decision of what to do about her baby. In our world there are abortions, where people do give up their babies. I think it's wrong but it's not my place to tell people who do it to not because they may not listen to me, because when it comes to difficult things like from what I watched and just finished, then we have to trust God and trust that He will help us when we need Him to help those who have these difficult choices to make. I don't know what else to say about the movie, or how to describe it but, I can tell you it's something people should see. I thought it was going to be something where I would stop watching it and then watch something else, but I didn't and I continued to watch it. I watched it because it was a good movie and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good movie to watch. If you don't have what it is called Pure Flix, then maybe see if you can find it on dvd. It's not for kids who are young and definitely not for kids who are older then their siblings. No, if I had to give this movie a rating of where it stands for people who could watch it, I would give it a 1-10 of teens, young adults, and adults who are older and can understand what is being said in this film because I feel like these are the kind of people who can understand what the characters in the movie are trying to get across and what they are trying to do. I believe it did have some messages from it, that show up on the screen too. So it's your decision, will you decide to watch the movie Allison's Choice or will you choose to watch something different? Whatever you decide to do, it's up to you and I definitely recommend it.

Flappy Type Game Review
Yesterday I was looking for new apps in the app store and I came across a game called Flappy Type. It's like Flappy Bird only you're typing the words on the screen. I think it's genius because if you're looking for a way to expand vocabulary or your just looking for a way to type better and faster, then I highly recommend this game. When you go to the score on the home screen it shows you the games you played, along with how many letters and words you typed. I enjoy playing it because it's something that gives you a time limit but it also gives you the chance to type familiar words, familiar letters, and learn new words along the way. There are words that I've typed while playing and I didn't even know they were words. I don't even know what they mean. Although, I'll probably look them up later to see what they mean. I did know one of the words and that was inconsequential, I had used that word in one of my stories I wrote, after I looked up its meaning. If you liked Flappy Bird and you like games that involve typing then this game is for you, but if you don't enjoy that sort of thing then don't get it and don't play it. There is always going to be some game or app or anything really that someone else will not like, and that's okay. It's okay to be different and like different things, but it's also okay to have things in common with others who like the same things too. Anyway, I hope that this review helps you and I hope it helps you decide whether or not to get the game. I know this is the second review that I did today, but I felt it was important to share with all of you because if I didn't then you wouldn't have known about it and I always want my readers to know about things that I write about and know that I'll do my best to answer any questions you may have or take any suggestions that you may have for my next post. Either way, I hope you have enjoyed me telling you about this game and I hope you will consider taking a look at it to decide whether or not you want to get it for yourself or for your kids who are old enough to play a game like this. I do think it is a game for any teen, adult, young adult or older kids who know how to read. I do however think this game is not for kids that don't know how to type, read, or write yet. I think whenever they are old enough and they have learned what they needed to learn, then and only then I think they would enjoy this game. I can't decide if your kids who are younger can play this because I'm not their parent, but that's just my opinion of what I think about for the game. Well, until next time please enjoy tonight's game review.
Wonder Movie Review
I watched the movie Wonder today, and I thought it was an amazing movie. The movie is something people should see, but before you see it read the book and before you read the book and watch the movie, watch or read the real story and then when you do, read the book Wonder. Next after you finish reading the book, then watch the movie. I can honestly say as someone who likes to write, and as a person who knows what it's like to not feel accepted or feel left out by not having very many friends. When they said this movie was a family movie for everyone, they were not kidding because it was a good movie and it shows that the character Auggie Pullman who was different from his classmates that sometimes when there may seem like there are kids that don't know what to say, or don't even know what you have been through, then that's maybe when they should stop and think before they say something they could regret. In the movie kids called Auggie names and they didn't understand what made him the way he did. Especially when this kid Julian and his other friends made fun of him because he was different and yet throughout the movie, somehow things changed for Auggie. Yes he was different, and didn't look like his peers but somehow along the way some kids except for Julian, saw past his differences and accepted him for who he was and he had people in his life who accepted him, and were nice to him. There was a message, and I think we see this message in schools now, and that is choose kind. I think that if we make good choices on how we choose to be to one another then maybe we would have less and less people in this world who wouldn't think to be mean to someone who is different from them. I mean yes I am different and unique in many ways but it doesn't stop me from being nice to those who may be having a bad day or just might feel the same way I do with having trouble making friends and not being included in most things. If you have the time, and if you have been wanting to see this movie, then I highly recommend it. Now no matter what someone may say to you, or what they might be thinking just remember that someone out there who might understand what you've gone through or not, will be there for you and will listen to you and learn more about you. They will do all these things, because I think we all have this in common and that's our stories. In one of Matthew West's Songs, one of the lyrics go like this: Is this the end or only the beginning. I feel that are stories, our testimonies are only the beginning and won't be the end for a long while, till we go to Heaven to begin our new life and we are rejoicing with our loved ones. So that's my review, and whatever you decide to do, I hope you give it a chance because it was good.

Review of Season Finale of Abc's Game Show Child Support
I just finished watching a show I like and love. It's called Child Support. Yes, I realize I put that in the title but I felt like I needed to explain it in my post. Now this is a game show where people can win up to two hundred thousand dollars in cash. If they get a question wrong the kids can save them, but if the kids do not know the answer then their game is over and they leave with nothing. I don't know if you have watched this show or not but if you haven't I highly recommend it. I recommend it because, one it's a really good show and two it's a show for the entire family. I played along while watching and with the first contestant, who did alright, but then didn't. I had gotten 4 right but I didn't know one. With the next contestant, who came to play after the first, I was doing well and got most of these questions right but there were some tough ones I didn't know. I thought I knew the last answer but I didn't, but the kids did, which helped this last contestant. I don't want to explain everything that happened in the season finale because I want you to see for yourselves. If you have on demand, I recommend that you go to ABC on demand and go to Child Support, and start with episode one and so on, and if episode six isn't on demand yet then no worries because I'm sure eventually it will be. So when it does happen, after you get through the first episode and have watched the others. Then watch six, because you won't regret it. Trust me when I say this has become one of my favorite game shows on Friday nights, because not only does it make you think, but it allows you to challenge yourself and it gives you and your kids a learning experience. How can it be a learning experience you may ask? Well, the answer is very simple. It can be a learning experience because even though these are trivia questions, they are questions that have to do with things that we have either seen, learned, it can be about anything. You never know what the questions may be until they are asked. That's when it becomes time for you to really think carefully before answering. I've had to do that, but even if my guess may have been wrong for some of the ones I did not know, that's okay because it doesn't stop me from trying my best to answer the question after the one that has already been asked. It's also a learning experience because if you get it wrong, and the contestants get it wrong, but the kids know the answer, then you will be able to learn what the correct answer was, but remember it if you may get asked that question someplace else. For example, if one of those questions were on a test or quiz. I can't wait for it to come back, and if you have seen it great, if not then I only suggest give it a chance, because who knows you may end up liking it or you may not, but that's something you have to decide. I love and like it, because it's entertaining, educational, fun, and it's just an awesome show.

Kaccha Limboo Movie Review
In the beginning of the movie Kaccha Limboo , there is a boy named Shambu. He was a boy who was definitely misunderstood by his peers. His peers didn't understand him, let alone get to understand him. They called him names, they were not very nice. When it seemed they were going to let him be apart of something, they just laughed, and left him. They were always trying to argue because well there was a lot of disagreements with the characters. I felt as though this movie on Netflix was a movie that little kids who are too young to understand things that they talked about is not a movie for them, however I do think it is a movie for people who are older and can understand what is happening in the movie. I recommend to the parents that if you have teenagers or kids who are old enough to watch this sort of film, and not young, I strongly and highly recommend that you watch it first, just so you can decide for yourself if it is something you want your kids to watch. I watched the movie but it had English captions because the characters at times were not speaking English. This movie was a 2011 Indian Movie, but even though the main character as I've already mentioned in the beginning, was a teenager who was 13 and misunderstood, I felt like there were things that he felt like he had to do but after watching this movie, and looking up this movie online, so I could tell you what type of movie it was, I've realized from everything I read online too, was that he also had to face things. I don't want to spoil this movie for you because I want you to see it for yourself, so that you can decide if it is something you like or not. I will however leave you with this. I know in my last movie review I said there were life lessons in every movie, or show. Well I believe this movie definitely had life lessons and what we could do to learn from what we do. I'm not saying that we don't make mistakes, because we do once in a while, but I know that it is ok, because when we do make one or someone we may not even know, makes one. Then that's okay because we learn from it. If you do decide to watch this movie, just be reminded that no matter how they speak or what they say or do, is one way we can show a little bit of kindness but also not act the way most of the characters from this movie acted towards one another. I've also learned, after watching this movie that there are good people and there people that are not so great, but that shouldn't stop us from being kind. I mean wouldn't you want to live in a world where there was peace and love towards each other? With that being said, I hope that whatever you decide, that you'll enjoy this movie either way.
