Hydrocephalus Awareness Month

Today is the twelfth day of Hydrocephalus Awareness Month and today I am going to show you a photo that describes in the picture of what a VP Shunt looks like and what a VA Shunt looks like. This is a picture that I found on Google, and one I felt was important to show you.  As you can see there are two different types of shunts, one showing how the shunt tubing goes to the heart and the other one showing how the tubing goes to the abdominal cavity. This Month Matters to lots of people, like me. Now here is a photo that I would like to share with you for today as well.
