Tomorrow Will Be Christmas Eve

Today is December 23rd 2014, which means that tomorrow will be Christmas Eve and then that means it will be almost time for Christmas, which is always exciting because it means you get to be with the people you love. Except Christmas isn't just about being with the people you love, or Christmas carols, or food, or Santa, or decorating the tree, or opening presents, it's much more than that. Christmas is a time to remember that Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day, and it's a time to remember that Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior loves us, and cares for us. I hope that tomorrow you will have a great Christmas Eve and have a great Christmas with your family and friends.

I finally have my diploma passing certificate

I now have three copies of my diploma passing certificate, to show people what I have accomplished on Saturday December 13th, 2014. I still can't believe that I did it because I've only been in this class since May 21st, of 2014. Now I'm on break for a little bit until after Christmas, so that when Christmas is over, I can figure out which class or course to take next, because I have felt that I have learned a lot with the class that I just finished and I hope I can do another class or course after Christmas.

Today I passed my online class

Today I only failed lesson fourteen once, and passed on my second try and I'm glad to have passed. Soon, I print my diploma , and put in my binder so that I can show people what I have accomplished. It feels good to know that I passed my online class today and it makes me even more happier to know that I got an email from the course director telling me that I passed, along with telling me congratulations. I probably won't start another class until after the holidays because now I'm on break.

December 12th

Yesterday I was on lesson thirteen and I failed with a 50 percent. Today I was on lesson thirteen and I failed with a 40 percent. I just took the test for lesson thirteen and passed with a 70 percent, and it was my third time taking the test for lesson thirteen. I am now on lesson fourteen which means, I'm so much closer to getting my diploma and passing this class with the fact that I kept on trying and never gave up. I'm proud to know that the people I've told are proud of me for trying and not giving up.

A little update on how I am doing on my online class

I am now on lesson thirteen, since I passed lesson twelve yesterday. I can't believe how far I've come, since I've started this class in May, of this year, and I feel that it's great that I'm half way done, but it's also exciting that I'll be able to get my diploma soon, and know that I accomplished something, and also know that I didn't give up and that I kept on trying. Being in this class has taught me a lot of things, and maybe after I'm done with this class I'll do another one, like this one. I'm happy that I'm half way done.

A little about myself and a little bit about Christmas

My name is Elizabeth Nicole Holthouse and I am twenty years old living with Hydrocephalus. I was born on September 29th 1994 in Shelby Ohio. When I was one and a half I had a shunt put in. When I was three years old I had open heart surgery. When I was ten years old I had shunt replacement surgery. I also have a learning disability and I have these things called seizures. I haven't had a seizure for awhile, but I can't drive a car because of them. I like to draw on my computer and sometimes in a sketch book. I like to read books, and books on my kindle. I like to go to piano lessons on Friday afternoons at the Willard Christian Reformed Church, which is where I go to church on Sunday mornings. I go to youth group at the Willard Church Of God on Wednesday nights and Sunday Nights. I enjoy going to youth group because I learn a lot of new things, and have fun. I love my family, friends, but most of all I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas with their families. I can't even believe that there is 17 days till Christmas now. Have a great time when Christmas comes, and I'll be writing more soon, until then goodbye for now, and have a great night, I hope each and every one of you has fun on Christmas day with your families and your friends, but I hope you remember the true meaning of Christmas, which is that Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior was born on Christmas Day. I also hope that you just enjoy being with family when Christmas time comes, because being with the people you love is a wonderful, wonderful thing.

What Christmas means to me

I can't believe it's almost getting close to Christmas because now it's only 18 days till Christmas but Christmas isn't just a time to be with family and friends, it's not about singing carols, hot chocolate, the food you put on the table, it's not about the gifts you get or give or receive, or who you spend it with, it's about how our Savior Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day and it's also a time to remember that He died on the cross for our sins, sure it's about most of the things I have mentioned but it's also a time to remember that Jesus Christ our savior was born on Christmas Day.

December is finally here

I can now say that December 1st is finally here, and we are now in the month, where we celebrate Christmas, but Christmas is also the time to remember that our savior was born on Christmas. Sometimes, I think about when Christmas will come, and we'll be able to spend time with our families and friends. Then right after the month of December is over, it will be January and when the month of January comes, it will be New Years, and when New Years, comes, then it will be the year of 2015 and no longer the year of 2014. It's kind of crazy to think that we only have one more month before it's January and before we have a new year instead of being in the year of 2014. I hope that everyone will have a good Christmas with their families and friends, and until I write again, I just want to say that I hope each and everyone of you have a great day and enjoy Christmas when it comes time.
